Step 3. Reality check time

I have a confession. I fell right off my LCHF lifestyle over the Chrissy break. I went to South America for 5 weeks with my family and I not only fell off the LCHF bandwagon; I gorged myself on sugar and starchy carbs the whole time! And I gained back the 7 kilos I had lost last year.

Hideous. But this year is all about creating positive habits. So I am not going to beat myself up about it (anymore), I am just going to get right back on the horse! Anyway I had the most amazing time. You can read all about it here if you like.

I have been back at work and eating LCHF for about 2 weeks. However after two long weekends over as many weeks, I have found myself waining on the weekends. I needed something to keep me on track. What better way to stay on track than a reality check?

So this is me, where I am right now. January 2014

Weight - 95 kg

Dress size - 16

Waist - 94cm

Hips - 124 cm

Arms - 34cm

Thighs - 74cm
